One of the latest occupiers to join The White Building is the footwear icon, The Dune Group, who have signed a 10-year lease for 12,309 sq ft on the fourth floor.
Dune has nearly 30 years’ experience in the fashion footwear industry, being founded by Daniel Rubin in London in 1992. Dune’s story began as a small concession store on London’s Oxford Street, however fast forward to the present, the Dune London brand is found online, in store and through a number of prestigious third party partners in over 30 countries round the world.

The Dune Group's new home in The White Building provides contemporary Grade A office accommodation within a modern-warehouse finish.
It also has the addition of The Champions Truck located in the stylish lobby to fulfil all coffee and food needs, whilst hosting break-out areas and private meeting rooms for collaborative work.
With their fit-out well underway, they hope to have their 130 strong team joining Notting Dale from December 2021.
