A SPECIAL VISIT FROM KIMSOOJA TO NOTTING DALE
A special return to the artwork that started it all
We were delighted to welcome internationally acclaimed artist Kimsooja to The Yellow Building at Notting Dale recently, where she visited to see her work displayed within the Atrium.
The artwork holds a particularly special place in the history of the Peter Simon Art Collection. Acquired by Peter Simon in 2000, it was the very first piece he purchased, marking the beginning of what would become an extraordinary collection.
Art has long been an integral part of Notting Dale’s identity, and welcoming Kimsooja to see the work that started the collection was a particularly special moment.
