Formerly a Bentley and Rolls Royce coachworks in the early 20th century, 3 Olaf Street is home to iconic British fashion designer Stella McCartney’s global head office.
The restored London brick exterior is contrasted by a contemporary workspace inside with white walls and polished concrete. Artistic inspiration is visible even from afar with all 80 original arched windows lit from within thanks to an evolving colourful light installation by groundbreaking artist James Turrell.
Notting Dale has been home to Stella McCartney’s HQ since 2015 and in that time, the iconic fashion house has gone from strength to strength. From the design of Team GB’s Rio Olympic kits in 2016 to Meghan Markle’s wedding reception dress in 2018, this brand has been a part of some of Britain’s biggest fashion moments of modern times.
