Award-winning integrated marketing agency Big Group have signed a 10 year lease to take 10,000 sq ft and a private terrace on the third floor of The George Building.
Keeping their current W11 postcode, the move is a short distance from their existing premises on Princedale Road in Holland Park whilst the group also has offices in Bath, Berkshire and Amsterdam.
With the fit-out due to start this month, Big Group will add to The George Building’s impressive tenant roster including fashion powerhouse Stella McCartney, award-winning architects Bogle Architects and leaders in audio-visual design, Twisted Pear.

“We are delighted to welcome Biogroup and Big Group to Notting Dale. With the newly finished Breaker’s Place affirming the campus’ unique character and focus on art, their addition will only build on the diversity and innovation of our existing occupiers. We can’t wait to see what our new tenants do with the space and look forward to growing and developing the campus further in the new year.”
